Introduction to the First Soccer Camp by the University of South Carolina Men's Head Coach

Dear Players and Parents,

We are thrilled to announce the first-ever soccer camp in Myrtle Beach, SC, hosted by the University of South Carolina Men's Head Soccer Coach, in partnership with Beach United Football Club. This camp is specially designed for travel-level players who are gearing up for their upcoming season starting in August. It’s a unique opportunity to sharpen your skills and gain a competitive edge under the guidance of top-level coaches.

Our camp is tailored to meet the needs of advanced players, ensuring that everyone has the chance to refine their abilities and prepare for the challenges ahead. Players will be grouped according to their age and ability, allowing for targeted instruction and a more personalized experience.

Throughout the camp, participants will engage in a variety of high-level activities focused on ball mastery, manipulation, and small-sided game-like situations. Our goal is to create an environment where players are challenged daily, honing their play and leaving the camp better prepared for their season.

What to Expect:

- Advanced Technical Work: Hone your ball control and footwork with expert coaching tailored for travel-level players.

- Finishing Exercises: Improve your ability to score and make the most of your opportunities with focused finishing drills.

- Game Situations: Learn to make quick decisions and play effectively in different scenarios, simulating real match conditions.

- Small-Sided Games: Enjoy competitive and fun matches that enhance teamwork, strategic thinking, and game intelligence.

For full-day campers, lunch will be provided each day, ensuring they have the energy to perform at their best. Additionally, all campers will receive a camp t-shirt and a soccer ball as souvenirs of their experience.

Our coaches are committed to making the camp days fun, competitive, and challenging. We believe that every player will leave with improved skills, greater confidence, and a deeper understanding of the game, ready to excel in the upcoming season.
