Thuba Nkomazana - Director

Thuba Nkomazana began his soccer-coaching career after a successful college career in the US.  Initially attending Lindsey Wilson College where he was a member on the NAIA National Championship team, he then moved to a Division 1 men’s soccer program at Coastal Carolina University, in the Myrtle Beach area of SC. He graduated with honors from the Sports Management Program.

He continued on to Graduate School at Lee University in Tennessee where he received a Masters in Education.  While at Lee, he assisted the men’s soccer coach as a graduate student.  Upon graduation, he was hired as the Men’s assistant coach at Lindsey Wilson College where they were once again, the NAIA National Champions.

However, the beach environment would bring him back to the Grand Strand where he would begin as a boy’s coach with Beach United Soccer Club. He is currently the club Director with USSF National C, D, E, F license and DOC diploma.  

Prior to coming to America, Coach Thuba played professional soccer in his home country of Zimbabwe for four years, one of which, his team was the Premier League champion

Coach Thuba (Tuba) is an accomplished and motivated professional offering 15 years of experience in soccer success with strong management and organizational skills in college and club soccer.

As a player his nickname was "General".  He was very loud and very organized.
